Kristen Olson - Producer   Kristen Olson is a story driven professional documentary film producer. Kristen’s background is in consumer marketing, publicity, and community relations. Her love of story combined with her logistical expertise makes her an essential part of the Traverse Image documentary film crew. Kristen has been producing films with Traverse Image for the last 3 years, and has worked on all of the original productions. From a young age, Kristen knew she wanted to be a documentary filmmaker. With a degree in Anthropology, Kristen is an alumni of Colorado State University, and NOLS where she studied human interaction with the environment.

Kristen Olson - Producer

Kristen Olson is a story driven professional documentary film producer. Kristen’s background is in consumer marketing, publicity, and community relations. Her love of story combined with her logistical expertise makes her an essential part of the Traverse Image documentary film crew. Kristen has been producing films with Traverse Image for the last 3 years, and has worked on all of the original productions. From a young age, Kristen knew she wanted to be a documentary filmmaker. Stacey Fronek - Producer and Project Manager   Stacey Fronek is a producer and production manager located in Denver, CO. Stacey elevates documentary productions and storytelling efforts by working collaboratively between producers, directors, characters, and the production crew by guiding film the towards a deep and meaningful story. By managing the crew, characters, and outreach efforts, she creates a streamlined production experience that says on budget and on schedule. Driven to reveal the narratives that lend global significance to the story, she allows the characters to challenge audiences to make changes in their lives and communities.

Hunter Neiblum - Editor   Hunter Neiblum is a full time editor at Traverse Image where he splits his time between telling original client branded stories and collaborating on our slate of films. Hunter’s passion for the outdoors, filmmaking and storytelling stems from being a lifetime resident of Colorado. A love for the mountains and scenic landscapes fuels Hunter’s inspiration to achieve a unique and informed composition from the camera to the edit bay.  Hunter obtained Bachelor’s degree in film production from Metro State University. He has worked with Traverse Image for over 4 years. His commitment to nature, and love of canyons, and campfires, informs Hunter’s personality and creative soul which fuels the evolution of the creative process that goes into every film that we produce.

Christopher Riggs - Film Editor, Camera Operator   Christopher Riggs is one of our filmmakers at Traverse Image taking the lead editor position crafting together the story behind the Bears Ears and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monuments. Riggs has cut his teeth with skills as an editor and cinematographer. Chris has worked tenaciously over the last year shaping the characters that surround our public lands.  Chris has worked with Traverse Image for a year and a half, and has been in the industry for four years now working with multiple commercial based projects, short films, and documentaries. Chris has always been inspired by film with his motivation to create stories is the medium's ability to reach and affect the human condition in a profound way. Films encompass the bonds that tie us all together, through culture, art, religion, nature, and the values that manifest themselves through lifestyles that can be passed onto future generations.

Cory Palencia - Camera Assistant, Still Photographer   Cory Palencia is the jack of all trades that holds the crew and gear together at Traverse Image. We needed an everything guy, and Cory works on every project as a committed camera assistant, still photographer, assistant editor, DJ, and lover of good times on and off the camera, while making sure everyone is smiling and the bricks are charging. His passion for great stories stems from a meaningful connection with our public lands and wilderness areas, where film can give a voice to better the world and the human condition.

Caitlin Bassolino - Film Intern   Caitlin Bassolino is the assistant editor and production assistant at Traverse Image, where Caitlin is collaborating with the production crew to tell the complex story of our public lands in the slate of original documentary films.   While not working on the films at Traverse Image, Caitlin is focused on her studies at the University of Colorado Denver to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production. Caitlin's also an enthusiastic painter and illustrator. Her fondness for the principles and fundamentals of art remains present in her work today, whether on a canvas or on a screen.
